Gasworks Capital Client Project Manager
2 year fixed term contract
1-2 days per week starting in May 2013

Working with the Director, the Board and a Building Committee, the Capital Project Manager role will be central to the coordination and successful management of the redevelopment of Gasworks’ building.
The Capital Project Manager will have primary responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the project, working across the whole organisation.
Gasworks Capital Project
Gasworks has received £1 million commitment from Arts Council England towards the purchase and renovation of its building. This is the first of a two-stage process and launches a £1.8 million capital campaign to secure the future of the organisation. Starting in January 2013 Gasworks is now working towards a Stage 2 application; developing the architectural designs to RIBA Stage H and securing the remainder of the fundraising target. Following the purchase of the premises, building work is scheduled to start in late 2014 with completion in spring 2015.
